NOVA Wealth Limited is seeking an Operations Onboarding Assistant to support clients from first contact through annual reviews. You will collect vital information, prepare for check-ins, and help streamline onboarding with tech-enabled processes.

Join a fast-growing fintech-focused startup, working in a hybrid setup with 3–4 days in the London office. A genuine interest in personal finance and fintech, plus strong communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional work experience (operations, customer success, or financial services experience is a plus).
• GCSE English & Maths grade 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent.
• Curious & Motivated: interest in personal finance and fintech.
• Great Communicator: empathetic, patient, and able to build trust quickly.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: time management and multitasking.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: quick to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client onboarding and gather key personal/financial information.
• Prepare data for annual client review check-ins.
• Identify bottlenecks and help design faster, tech-enabled onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records across internal platforms and systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for operations queries from clients and team.
• Learn FCA regulatory requirements to ensure tasks remain compliant.
• Support a welcoming, organized office culture at the Farringdon Street location.
