Job summary

Gen II Fund Services in the United Kingdom is seeking an Administrator/Project Coordinator to support client onboarding across multiple jurisdictions. You will focus on project tracking, monitoring and documentation to help grow our onboarding service globally, with emphasis on European onboarding and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to learn on the job and propose solutions.

Proven problem-solving, judgement and decision-making skills.
Ability to own initiatives in a matrix organisation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Word, Visio, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Assist and support multiple initiatives within the team, including leading onboarding projects.
Project artifact data maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business users and technical teams to deliver project objectives.
