Job summary

Anderson Global in London is seeking a Fund Services Associate to join the UK group, providing end-to-end administration of the investment process including investor onboarding, transaction processing, reconciliations, and client queries.

The role requires highly organised, methodical individuals with excellent attention to detail who can work under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience with AML/KYC and FCA-regulated environments would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in fund administration, investment operations or financial services administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage high volume workload under deadlines.
• Knowledge of UK investment products and FCA-regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process investor applications and AML/KYC checks in line with procedures.
• Maintain investor and investment records and support invoicing.
• Prepare investment documentation and supporting records.
• Monitor client money receipts and asset reconciliations daily.
• Respond to routine investor enquiries and produce statements/reports.
• Support system testing, data cleansing and project work.
