Job summary

Insight Global in London is seeking a Junior Onboarding Consultant to join a team responsible for onboarding institutional clients and ensuring they are fully set up to trade.

You will be the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle, coordinating with Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Sales and AML teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience on five days onsite in London.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client onboarding in investment banking, asset management, or financial services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience working directly with clients within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Onboard institutional clients and ensure they are fully set up to trade.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Sales and AML teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and drive timelines to trading readiness.
