Job summary

Omexom is seeking a Finance Graduate to support the Finance Business Partner and Commercial Team in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. This role offers a practical entry point into corporate finance for a recent graduate.

You will assist in monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts, support budgeting and forecasting, perform reconciliations, and help with audits and reports. Strong Excel skills and awareness of ERP systems are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.

• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and schedules.
• Analyse financial data and prepare management reports.
• Monitor expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in financial projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Support senior finance staff with ad hoc reporting and analysis.
