Confidential in City of London is seeking a Graduate Finance Administrator to join a growing finance team. This entry-level role offers exposure across core finance functions, a competitive salary, and development opportunities in a collaborative environment.

You will assist with invoices, payroll support, reconciliation, and month-end tasks, while building strong relationships with internal colleagues. The role is hybrid in London with standard hours from 8am to 5pm and permanent, full-time

Formación

• Educated to degree level or equivalent; a finance, accounting or business degree is ideal.
• Accounting qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Processing invoices and contractor timesheets
• Managing purchase invoices, staff expenses, and reimbursements
• Supporting weekly/monthly payroll and pension submissions
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Support with bank reconciliations
• Chasing outstanding payments and managing credit control
• Setting up new clients and suppliers on the system
• Supporting month-end and year-end reporting
• Assisting with audits and ad-hoc finance queries
