Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of revenue, expenses, profit margins, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivots, lookups).
• Willingness to learn FP&A tools and BI software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue, costs, gross and contribution margins across products and customers.
• Monitor margins and identify profitability gaps and risks.
• Prepare management reports and explain financial movements to stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations to improve profitability.
• Maintain accurate financial models and reporting documentation.
