Job summary

Omexom is recruiting a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team across project costs, budgets, and financial performance. You will work alongside experienced quantities surveyors, gaining exposure from tender through to final account and contributing to profitable project delivery.

Based in the United Kingdom, you will develop cost management skills, learn NEC and other contract frameworks, and travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets.
• Support the measurement and valuation of works completed.
• Help prepare subcontractor packages and contract documentation.
• Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Assist with procurement activities and supplier evaluations.
• Support the preparation of interim applications, valuations, and final accounts.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and project documentation.
• Attend project meetings and liaise with operational teams.
• Assist with contract administration and change management processes.
• Develop an understanding of NEC and other construction contracts.
