• Lead fit-to-standard and finance design across core processes and related areas (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Acquire-to-Retire).
• Chair design conversations with finance leadership and produce decision papers driving closure.
• Define target operating model and design-thinking delivery for live platform programmes.
