Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead people change, business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption activities for a major AI programme in London. The role focuses on embedding AI-enabled ways of working across the organisation with strong governance and effective communications.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, product and technology teams to shape rollout approaches, manage resistance and monitor adoption outcomes, leveraging industry-standard

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering business change in large organisations.
• Experience with AI-enabled change programmes and Agentic AI is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management activities to support AI programme initiatives.
• Shape rollout approaches, deployment strategies and adoption plans to maximise readiness.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across senior leaders, business teams and technology delivery teams.
• Assess business impacts and develop adoption strategies while managing resistance.
• Design and deliver communications, engagement and knowledge-sharing activities for AI solutions.
• Drive business readiness to ensure processes and teams are prepared for change.
• Provide governance and quality assurance of training plans and deliverables by third parties.
• Monitor adoption outcomes, identify risks and implement actions to maximise uptake and value.
• Provide change expertise to programme, business and technology stakeholders.
