Freshminds in London is seeking an AI Programme Change Lead to drive adoption and behavioural change across a large-scale AI transformation. You will work with senior leaders, HR and technical experts to embed AI-enabled ways of working and deliver measurable business value.

You will own the change strategy, conduct readiness assessments and build an AI Ambassador network to foster engagement, capability and sustained use of AI solutions over an 18-month period.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change management across large, cross-functional programmes.
• Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR or Kotter change methodologies.
• Experience delivering end-to-end change strategies including engagement, learning and reinforcement.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver the change and adoption strategy for a large-scale AI transformation programme.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and organisational readiness activities across multiple business functions.
• Develop and manage communications, engagement plans and an AI Ambassador network to drive awareness, capability and adoption.
• Track readiness, adoption and behavioural change metrics, identifying risks and implementing interventions to support sustained use of AI solutions.
