Job summary

InPost Ltd. in the UK is seeking a Finance Transformation Specialist to join the Finance team at the intersection of finance, technology and change.

You will support process improvement, automation and systems change across UK Finance, collaborating with Technology, Data, HR and Operations to simplify how we work and adopt new technology, including AI. Reporting into the Finance Transformation Manager, you will deliver defined work packages, track benefits, and drive cross-functional programmes

Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent qualification with track record in process redesign.
Experience leading or contributing to finance process mapping projects with measurable outcomes.
Hands-on experience with at least one ERP and advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, Power Query).
Experience collaborating with Technology, Data and Operations to deliver shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

Delivery and tracking: manage defined work packages, maintain plans and backlogs, report progress, risks and benefits.
Process improvement and automation: map current-state processes, design simpler workflows, pilot RPA/AI tools.
Programme support: act as day-to-day link between Finance and Technology, Data, HR and Operations.
Finance systems: evaluate and adopt planning, reporting and analytics tools.
Change and communications: support testing, training and adoption tracking for changes.
Finance partnering: collaborate with Controlling, Reporting and Operations to shape fixes.
