We are working with a national market leader in the delivery of security solutions.

The business is embarking on a PE-backed period of transformation and growth, and we are seeking an experienced Financial Controller who will progress to Finance Director in the short to medium term. This promotion will offer Equity.

The ideal candidate will oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance, while also contributing to strategic financial planning and supporting the SLT and investors in sound decision-making.

This is a hands-on role within a small, growing team. Initially, the focus will be on managing all accounting activities, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and overseeing essential processes such as payroll.

You will have experience in collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, supporting the oversight of the company's financial health through financial reporting.

Experience in a PE-backed business is preferred but not essential.
