GCAT is looking for a Finance / Business Support Manager to join our Management Team and help shape the future of a much-loved cultural organisation in the heart of the Glenkens.

This role offers a hybrid way of working, with time shared between the CatStrand in New Galloway and home working, allowing flexibility to suit both organisational needs and personal circumstances. You will work closely with the Chief Executive, playing a central role in how the organisation is run. From overseeing finances to supporting strategic planning and improving systems, your work will directly support creative, community‑led projects that make a difference locally.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Taking the lead on GCAT’s financial management and ensuring strong, secure systems
  • Providing clear, timely financial insight to support good decision‑making and governance
  • Supporting the smooth running of GCAT and its projects through effective business support
  • Helping develop and deliver budgets, plans, and long‑term strategies
  • Improving processes and embracing new tools to make the organisation work better
