Trust Finance Partner

Lead Finance Across a Growing Multi-Academy Trust

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to lead our central Trust Finance Team at GLF Schools.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll:

• Lead and manage the central Trust finance function
• Oversee cash flow, SCITT/Teaching Hub expansion, statutory accounts, and audits
• Partner with functional Trust teams on finance strategy and reporting
• Support senior leaders and budget holders across the Trust

About You

We're looking for a collaborative, confident finance leader who brings:

• A recognised accountancy qualification
• Strong management, communication, and analytical skills
• Excellent Excel and financial systems knowledge
• Experience in education or a comparable sector
• The ability to drive improvements under tight deadlines

Work Base

This hybrid role is based across our Head Office in Banstead and Trust office in Earlsfield, with regular travel between sites.
