Requirements

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision‑making
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Analyse financial performance and identify trends and variances with good collaboration with each of the department heads
• Analyse variances between actual results and the business plan/forecast, providing recommendations for corrective actions
• Support scenario planning to evaluate potential financial outcomes under different business conditions
• Support the month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• Develop and streamline financial systems and processes for improved financial management including automation of monthly reporting
• Develop dashboards and visualisations to provide real‑time performance insights to decision makers
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls
• Adhoc support to the finance team including audit requirements

Skills/Attributes/Experience

• Preferably a qualified accountant
• Good communication skills to liaise with other departments and senior leaders
• Proficient in the use of financial software and analysis tools
• Organised with an attention to detail
• Problem‑solving approach
