As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant to contribute to the smooth running of our financial activities., As a Finance Assistant, you'll support the day‑to‑day financial operations of the business, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Raising sales invoices and recording income
  • Monitoring debtor accounts and carrying out credit control
  • Processing daily bank transactions and uploading statements
  • Completing regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assisting with financial reports, with a focus on credit control
  • Supporting internal and external audits and maintaining audit‑ready records
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations
  • Providing administrative support, including filing, scanning, and logging documents
  • Acting as a main point of contact for internal and external finance queries
