Job description

Morgan McKinley is looking for a Finance Assistant work on a super hybrid basis, supporting the Financial Accounting Manager and financial accounting team with expenses, checking and updating financial data, producing reports, assisting with tax returns, journals and balance sheet reconciliations. This is a great Finance Assistant temp role to start ASAP.

Location: Flexible hybrid -1 day office

Day rate: (Apply online only) per day

Duration: Start ASAP Temp - 2-3 months

Finance Assistant duties:

  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting audit preparation annual reports and accounts
  • Checking and processing of expenses and posting journals
  • Assisting with tax returns
  • Financial reporting - checking of data, analysis of spreadsheets

Skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in a Finance Assistant type role, ideally AAT qualified
  • Good IT - excellent Excel and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
