Job Description

  • Provide financial support to the Accounting & Finance department
  • Prepare and manage invoices and receipts
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with transactions
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
  • Support in the execution of all financial transactions
  • Monitor all banking activities and reconcile monthly reports
  • Provide support during internal and external audits

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • A solid foundation in finance and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
