Job summary
Topps Group is recruiting for a Finance Analyst on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract based at our Leicester office. The role supports budgeting, forecasting and management accounts with a focus on accuracy and timely insights.
You will work closely with Finance Business Partners, delivering analysis to inform commercial decisions and maintain control across the month-end process. The ideal candidate is partially qualified with strong accounting systems experience and excellent stakeholder
Qualifications
- Part qualified accountant with study package offered.
- Strong knowledge of monthly management accounts, budgeting and planning.
- Experience with GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to support non-finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and provide commentary.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Deliver KPI reporting and financial analysis to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across finance and business units to ensure timely information.
