Job summary

Marc Daniels is seeking a Finance Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract at the Heathrow area, office-based five days a week. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

The candidate will work on FP&A/Commercial Finance activities including forecasting, budgeting, business case evaluation and data-driven decision support, with opportunities to impact commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or a strong finalist
• Previous experience in a Finance Analyst, FP&A or Commercial Finance role
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query or finance systems would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly and monthly volume, revenue and performance forecasting
• Support annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting processes
• Review Capex and Opex business cases and tracking realised benefits
• Analyse financial and operational performance against budget and forecast
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to support commercial decision-making
• Monitor cost-saving and revenue-generating initiatives across the business
• Produce headcount and workforce planning models
• Partner with procurement and operational teams to assess commercial impacts
• Support cashflow forecasting and scenario analysis
• Improve financial processes, controls and reporting capabilities
• Assist senior finance leadership on ad hoc strategic projects

Finance Analyst (6-Month FTC)

Heathrow Area Office-Based (5 Days Per Week) 45,000 - 50,000 Pro Rata

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Finance Analyst to join a well-established business on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a newly created role that offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the chance to contribute to key strategic and commercial initiatives.

Reporting into the FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, business case evaluation and performance analysis. This position is ideally suited to a finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders, driving improvements and using data to influence decision‑making.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

About You
