Job summary

Topps Tiles in Leicester is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner/FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting and monthly management accounts. You will deliver timely analysis to business managers and help drive financial performance across stores and central functions.

You will work with core finance processes, ensure timely period-end reporting, and collaborate with non-finance teams to translate insights into action.

Qualifications

• Part qualified accountant with support for study package.
• Strong knowledge of core finance processes: monthly management accounts, weekly reporting, budgeting & planning.
• Experience with general ledger, purchase ledger and sales ledger.
• Commercial and operational engagement.
• Effective communication and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to influence and support non-finance teams; prioritise and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely reporting and analysis to business managers.
• Support monthly management accounting and financial accounting processes.
• Communicate period end accounts with judgement areas.
• Collaborate with other departments feeding or using financial information.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Assist with budget and reforecasting to support strategy.
• Prepare information for presentations and KPI reporting.
• Ensure controls and accuracy of information.
