Job summary

Topps Group is seeking a Finance Professional to support planning and performance analysis across the business. You will assist with budgeting cycles, forecasting and monthly management accounts to help steer strategic decisions.

You will engage with various departments, maintain accurate cost tracking, and support the Finance Business Partner in delivering timely insights and robust financial controls. An opportunity to grow within a market-leading retailer.

Qualifications

Part qualified accountant with study support offered.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and explain financial information clearly.
Experience with budgeting, planning and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

Support financial planning activities including budgeting and forecasting for stores and central functions.
Assist with monthly management accounts, reporting and cost analysis for decision making.
Ensure timely and accurate period-end processes and reconciliations.
Support with commercial opportunities and performance reviews to drive results.
Collaborate with Finance Business Partner and FP&A Manager on planning and reporting.
