Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Finance Administrator to support our finance team. The successful candidate will assist with financial administration, bookkeeping, and reporting tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.

Role Description

  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense claims.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and data entry in accounting software.
  • Support bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable functions.
  • Help monitor budgets and financial transactions.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
