Due to growth of the business, our Property and Asset Management team is looking for a Senior Data & Finance Administrator to join our team based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, motivated, and efficient individual to become a key member of the team, delivering high standards of service. You will be responsible for providing Carter Jonas with an efficient and effective centralized service to maximize success with tenders, gain a competitive advantage, and meet client-specific KPIs. The primary focus of this role is data analysis, manipulation, and extraction.
The post holder will join a dynamic team of professionals, including administrators, surveyors, and partners. Based at our HQ in London Chapel Place, our office hosts over 100 professionals across main divisions, offering various exciting events, office socials, health & wellbeing activities, and fundraising opportunities.

What will it take to be successful?
You should have strong IT skills, particularly advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formatting, and conditional formatting). Experience in a busy finance environment, analyzing large data sets, invoicing, credit control, and purchase orders is advantageous. Excellent communication skills are essential for managing client relationships. As a team player, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, communicate effectively with stakeholders and contractors, and meet deadlines under pressure. You should be confident, discreet, and professional, with a desire to expand your knowledge and skills.
