Office-Based Monday to Friday Circa 28,000 (flexible depending on experience)
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (flexible hours available)

As a Finance Administrator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day smooth running of the finance function. Tasks will include:
Supporting bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
Managing the finance inbox and resolving basic queries
Reconciling supplier statements and assisting with credit card/bank reconciliations
Helping with invoice preparation and entry
Supporting with payroll data collation and staff expense processing
Running small finance admin tasks such as updating purchase orders and preparing payment runs
Assisting with basic reporting in Excel and reviewing data for accuracy
General credit control and ad hoc finance admin support
Around 1 year of experience in a finance or accounts support role
A proactive, detail-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
Basic Excel skills and confidence in working with numbers
Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, positive team
Ideally local to the office and comfortable working on-site full time
