Job Description:

A leading offshore law firm is urgently seeking a Finance Administrator to join their collaborative finance team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. You’ll be part of a busy department that underpins the financial operations of their global partnership, working across a broad spectrum of finance functions to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day processes.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations, including bank reconciliations, processing invoices and expenses, and managing online payments. You'll also handle finance-related queries, assist with billing and reporting, and provide support across departments, including property transactions.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a finance support role, preferably within a professional services environment. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and have a strong eye for detail with a methodical and organised approach to their work. Familiarity with financial software such as Aderant is an advantage, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
