Our client, a fast-growing tech company, who are scaling quickly, are looking for an Finance Administrator to join their team. They are a company with a great culture, who really stand by their values and are looking for someone who is happy to really get involved and grow with them.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting into the Financial Controller you’ll be exposed to all parts of the business. This is a new role within the company to help as they get busier and it will really offer the opportunity to take ownership and be the day to day face of the finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Logging invoicing and generating quotes
  • Managing credit control duties including accounts receivable and chasing debts
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Budget reporting
  • Supporting on monthly payroll
  • General bookkeeping

WHO YOU ARE


We’re looking for someone with 1-2 years’ experience within a similar role. This position would really suit someone who is ambitious, happy to take ownership and is confident in suggestion ideas and ways to improve/streamline systems. This is a company that really values employee input and they really want to find someone who is as passionate about their growth as they are. The role will cover a good range of AAT topics so we would also suit someone currently undertaking this or looking to do so in the future, but this is not a necessity.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Confident communicator both written and verbally
  • Eagerness to learn and develop
  • Ideally an understanding of Xero and Quickbook
  • HubSpot Admin or Developer certification preferred but not essential
