About The Role
This position will specialise in administering financial transactions using MyFinance, MyHR, Axiom and other financial systems. The post holder will ensure a high quality and timely service to staff, students and others internal and external to the Department. The post holder will adhere to UCL’s financial regulations, and may assist in providing figures and statistics as requested by their Line Manager, and other members of the department. The post holder will act as first point of contact for all financial queries, and will provide occasional cover in the absence of colleagues.
Salary is £35,930 - £41,255 per annum inclusive of London allowance.

About You
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education to GCSE level and bring substantial administrative experience in a busy office environment with good communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have ability to adapt and learn new systems, liaise with a variety of people and relate to staff and students in a financial context.
