Job summary

Evri is seeking a Final Mile Territory Manager in Chelmsford to lead service excellence across Delivery Units. You will monitor daily performance, resolve issues in real time, and motivate couriers while building strong relationships with Evri Business Partners.

Successful candidates will have experience in a fast-paced logistics setting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Own service, cost, and performance across Delivery Unit(s).
• Ensure on-time parcel flow and courier coverage.
• Analyse dashboards to identify and resolve risks.
• Build relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams and unions.
• Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership.
