Job summary

Evri is hiring a Final Mile Territory Manager to oversee performance across Delivery Units in Tolworth. You will own service quality, cost and courier coverage, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, couriers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability and leadership in a fast-moving logistics environment. You will analyse dashboards, drive improvements, and contribute to site safety and customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Current UK Driving Licence (preferable but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)
• Knowledge of the self-employed courier model
• Experience in a customer-focused industry within a fast-paced operational role
• Strong planning and organisational experience

Responsibilities

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)
• Ensure consistent, compliant, on-time parcel flow and courier coverage
• Analyse digital dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risks
• Build strong relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams, and unions
• Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operations
