Job summary

Evri is hiring a Final Mile Territory Manager in Bowthorpe near Norwich to lead service excellence across Delivery Units, optimise parcel flow, and drive performance using real-time digital tools.

You’ll motivate couriers, engage Evri Business Partners and internal teams, manage budgets for cost leadership, and steer continuous improvements while ensuring safety and quality across the network.

Qualifications

• Current UK Driving Licence (preferable but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)
• Experience of self-employed courier model or similar
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused operations
• Strong planning and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)
• Ensure on-time parcel flow and courier coverage
• Analyse dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risks
• Build relationships with Evri Business Partners, couriers, support teams and unions
• Lead budget management with focus on cost leadership and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement across operations
