Responsibilities

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)
• Ensure on-time parcel flow and courier coverage
• Analyse dashboards to identify risks and take corrective action
• Build relationships with Evri Business Partners, couriers, and internal teams
• Lead budget management and drive efficiency across operations
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all sites
