Evri is recruiting a Final Mile Territory Manager to lead service delivery across a Delivery Unit in Isleworth. You will oversee daily performance, resolve issues in real time, motivate couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners and internal teams.

The role requires ownership, accountability, and the energy to improve courier experience, customer satisfaction, and site safety every day.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the self-employed courier model.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced operational role.
• Strong planning and organisational experience.

Responsibilities

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s).
• Ensure consistent, compliant, on-time parcel flow and courier coverage.
• Analyse digital dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risks.
• Build strong relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams, and unions.
• Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operations.
