Job summary

Qualifications

• Current UK Driving Licence (preferable but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)
• Experience in fast-paced operations or logistics
• Experience leading teams or networks of couriers
• Strong planning and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)
• Ensure consistent, compliant, on-time parcel flow and courier coverage
• Analyse digital dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risks
• Build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, couriers, support teams, and unions
• Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operations
