Responsibilities

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s).
• Ensure on-time parcel flow and courier coverage.
• Analyse dashboards and Service Tracker to identify risks and take action.
• Build relationships with Evri Business Partners, couriers, and internal teams.
• Lead budget management with cost leadership focus.
• Drive continuous improvement across all operations.
