Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Field Warranty Engineer to provide on-site warranty support for pumps and water industry equipment across London or Midlands. The role includes fault diagnosis, repairs, commissioning, and detailed reporting.

Travel to customer sites is required, with a strong emphasis on safety and service quality. The successful candidate will work with internal teams to manage warranty claims, maintain equipment, and deliver reliable, efficient performance.

Qualifications

• Experience on pumps, pumping stations and water-related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on-site.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to investigate and resolve warranty-related issues.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on pumping systems and associated equipment.
• Carry out repairs and component replacements as required.
• Commission and test pumping stations and control equipment.
• Produce detailed service and warranty reports following site visits.
• Liaise with customers to provide technical advice and support.
• Work with internal departments to manage warranty claims and actions.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Identify recurring faults and suggest improvements to products.
