Job summary

Fluid Water Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, commission and repair pumps and pressurised systems across domestic and commercial sites in Greater London and beyond.

You will carry out on-site servicing, fault finding and repairs, support installation, perform site surveys and provide accurate information to the office team, while maintaining Health & Safety compliance and timely reporting. On-call rota included.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing, commissioning and repairing pumps and pressurised systems.
• Strong fault-finding skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements in field service.
• Willingness to undertake further technical/Health & Safety training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, commissioning, fault finding and repairs on pumps and pressurised systems across domestic and commercial customer sites.
• Support the installation and commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems.
• Carry out site surveys and provide accurate technical information and recommendations to the office team.
• Maintain accurate customer, asset and contract information using company systems and mobile devices.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Health & Safety procedures, Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Complete all required service documentation and reports on time.
• Deliver excellent customer service and identify opportunities to promote AGM services.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota to provide 24/7 customer support.
