Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to public sector customers and contributes to national safety and life-saving efforts.

We want to hear from you if you have the following experience:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using latest contract manuals and procedural documents, ensuring quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents of similar nature.
• Reviewing open incidents daily for your region and actively managing your workflow to close out incidents.
• Ideally, experience with IP networks and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PCs.
