Field Technician

We are seeking IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. Candidates must qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our Dublin head office as needed.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a company serving public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in:

• Assisting with equipment installation using current contract manuals and procedures, adhering to quality and time standards under supervision.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues through the appropriate channels for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing and managing open incidents daily, ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Knowledge of IP networking and working with network infrastructure and PC products is preferred.
