Job Description:

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using current contract manuals and procedures, adhering to quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Provided technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Escalated issues to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewed open incidents daily and managed your workflow to close them efficiently.
• Knowledge of IP and network infrastructure products or PCs is desirable.
