Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector customers and to contribute to keeping the country safe and saving lives.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using current contract manuals and procedural documents, adhering to quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Provided technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support for customers.
• Escalated issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewed open incidents daily, actively managing your workflow and utilization to resolve issues.
• Ideally, experience with IP networks and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PCs.
