Job summary

Amcor in Norwich is seeking a Customer Technical Services Engineer to support customers by resolving issues affecting filling line operations and improving line efficiencies, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing use of UK Beverage products.

You will also provide internal support to our design, sales and quality teams, and travel regularly to customer premises and UK Beverage sites, with overnight stays and flexible hours as required.

Qualifications

• Good analytical and practical skills.
• A logical and methodical approach to duties.
• Experience of working in a similar customer support environment.
• Relevant polymer training.
• Knowledge of injection moulding processes, techniques and implementation.
• Mechanical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to resolve issues on filling line operations and improve line efficiencies.
• Support internal design, sales and quality teams.
• Visit customer premises regularly and support all UK Beverage sites when required.
• Travel extensively with overnight stays and flexible working hours.
• Identify faults on customer lines and advise on repairs/improvements.
