Amcor is a global leader in responsible packaging. The CTS Engineer role provides customer support to resolve issues affecting filling line operations and improve line efficiencies, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing use of UK Beverage products.

You will work with autonomy on customer premises and at UK Amcor Beverage sites, identify faults, advise on repairs, and collaborate with design, sales and quality teams. Regular travel, overnight stays, and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer support environment.
• Knowledge of injection moulding processes and implementation.
• Relevant polymer training.
• Mechanical engineering background.

Responsabilités

• Visit customer premises regularly to support lines.
• Support UK Beverage sites and internal teams.
• Identify faults on lines and advise repairs/improvements.
• Travel with overnight stays and flexible hours.
