Job summary

Amcor is seeking a CTS Engineer to support customer filling line operations and improve line efficiency across UK Beverage sites. You will work autonomously on customer premises and Amcor sites, diagnosing faults and advising on repairs while closely collaborating with design, sales and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or training in polymers or plastics is expected.
• Experience in a customer support environment is essential.
• Knowledge of injection moulding processes and mechanical engineering fundamentals is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer premises regularly to support all UK Beverage sites.
• Support internal teams (design, sales, quality) with technical issues.
• Identify faults on customer lines and advise on repairs/improvements.
• Travel with overnight stays and flexible hours as required.
