Job summary

Control Recruitment Solutions Ltd seeks Field Service Engineers to service, maintain, install and upgrade packaging machinery across the UK. Travel to customer sites with regular nights away is required, with opportunities in Ireland or Europe.

You will read electrical/mechanical schematics, diagnose faults, and perform repairs while educating customers on operation and maintenance. Roles span slicers, thermoforming and end-of-line packaging systems.

Qualifications

• Experience across service, maintenance, installations and upgrades on machinery.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and fault-find to repair.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home occasionally, including Ireland/Europe.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance, installation and upgrade work on packaging machinery.
• Read schematics, fault find, diagnose and repair machines.
• Educate customers on use and maintenance of equipment.
• Work on slicing/processing, thermoforming, or end-of-line packaging machinery.
