Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Field-based Technical Deployer in the UK to enhance customer experience and drive sales opportunities through technical support and service excellence. You will plan technician deployments, diagnose issues on site and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise productivity.

You will work across customer sites, developing strong relationships, and providing proactive service while adhering to regulatory standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven technical, electrical and mechanical knowledge in HVAC.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to plan and coordinate field-based service work across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate technicians to customer site visits based on skill sets.
• Proactively support high volume UK workload and provide technical assistance to technicians.
• Ensure work orders are processed timely for customer needs.
• Visit customer sites to perform technical work or support on projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers as a trusted contact.
• Collaborate with Rental, Sales, and Operations teams to share insights.
• Diagnose system problems during installation or service on assigned projects.
• Maintain accurate information in CRM and other systems.
• Generate regular reports on service activities and outcomes.
