Job summary

NTT DATA in London is seeking a Field Tech Analyst - Windows support to join our team in London. The Desktop Support will perform on-site and remote support for desktops, notebooks, and peripherals at a client site, combining technical skill with strong customer service.

Candidates will have 3+ years Windows desktop support, experience with ServiceNow, Office 365, imaging/deployment, and a customer-focused mindset. A+ certification and ability to lift equipment are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years desktop/technical Windows support experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system preferred.
• Strong verbal/written communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• On-site and remote installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktops, notebooks, and peripherals (Windows 7/10/11).
• Serve as liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters; provide incident management support (Service Desk).
• Perform imaging/deployment, software installation, and basic break-fix; assist users and instruct on operation of Windows systems.
