Job summary

Freudenberg Flow Technologies Ltd. in Port Talbot is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate order processing across departments, ensure on-time delivery, and support customers through the lifecycle of orders.

The role involves cross-functional communication, handling change notices, and mentoring junior team members to maintain high standards of service and compliance with export controls.

Responsibilities

• Clarifies offer, delivery and cost-relevant detailed clarification with the sales managers as well as all departments involved (requesting the order entry package).
• Controls order and production progress and coordinates between all departments.
• Evaluates the urgency of contracts in consultation with the project manager, the industry departments, design, order lines and manufacturing.
• Prepares the spare parts business: Information to the operating subsidiary and, if necessary, Key Account Manager.
• Maintains the order data folder (ADAM) in consultation with the design.
• Coordinates technical changes as well as change of scope of delivery.
• Ensures timely delivery to the customer including shipping coordination.
• Organizes and participates in customer acceptances (3rd Party Inspection etc.).
• Ensures compliance with legal export control regulations.
• Proposes further development and improvement of the order processing process.
• Acts as a liaison between customers and the organisation.
• Gives guidance to & mentors more junior team members.
