Freudenberg Group is seeking a quality-focused professional to lead auditing, process improvement and supplier development in a regulated manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven decision making and collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

You will apply ISO standards, lean principles and Six Sigma methods to drive product quality, safety and efficiency while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers in a global tech

Qualificações

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline; manufacturing/regulatory experience preferred.
• Iso9001/14001/45001 audit experience; Lead Auditor beneficial.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge with Six Sigma belt desirable (Green/Black).
• Experience in supplier development, audits and process improvement.
• Proficient data analysis, procedures, and structured improvements using standard tools.

Qualifications arrow_right

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline, with experience in manufacturing or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto Analysis, and statistical techniques.
• Experienced auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems; Lead Auditor qualification advantageous.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, with Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification desirable.
• Proven experience in supplier development, auditing, performance improvement, and special processes such as heat treatment, coating, welding and NDE.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with SAP experience advantageous, and the ability to analyse data, develop procedures and implement structured improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across suppliers, customers and internal teams.
• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities, challenge existing practices, drive continuous improvement, and coach others in quality tools and best practices.
